- Select the message tab on the app.
- Type you message in the message field and click send.
- Done!
- If you have to send a voice message, speak clearly and briefly about your query. Click send.
- Done!
- Try and keep you messages relevant and short. Remember your clinical team are aware of your messages and will try to answer you in a timely manner. They are dealing with many patients and reply on the basis of triage priority.
- Please be polite and respectful when messaging your clinical team. They are working hard for you.
- If you have any emergency please contact 999 or call NHS 111.
- If you have queries not related to your surgery please contact your GP or NHS 111 or another provider.
