Message clinicians

  1. Select the message tab on the app.
  2. Type you message in the message field and click send.
  3. Done!
  4. If you have to send a voice message, speak clearly and briefly about your query. Click send.
  5. Done!
  6. Try and keep you messages relevant and short. Remember your clinical team are aware of your messages and will try to answer you in a timely manner. They are dealing with many patients and reply on the basis of triage priority.
  7. Please be polite and respectful when messaging your clinical team. They are working hard for you.
  8. If you have any emergency please contact 999 or call NHS 111.
  9. If you have queries not related to your surgery please contact your GP or NHS 111 or another provider.
